Bulk-end or auto-end passes#2036

Our athletics uses student groups in SmartPass to schedule future passes to release students early for practice. We’d like for the coaches to be able to end these passes in bulk just as easily as it is to schedule, or to set the scheduled passes to auto-end without going into overtime.
