Quick Download/Print of Student History#1997

When you search for a student and see their history on the screen, we should be able to click the … more button and print/download the student history. Instead, I have to go into the admin counsel, explore, filter the student out, and then download the CSV. That is too many steps when the data is already on the screen. Another way of doing this would be to create a PDF of the student screen. As it is, the frame tries to print and you only get a partial print.
