When a scheduled pass is created, the teacher can write a message/note. I have always used this feature. However, the only way the student can read this message/note is if they open their pass on the SmartPass website. While sitting with a student, she showed me the email she received, but it only included the date, time and location and did not have the message/note. Please make this a part of the email that is sent to students as well.
