Cut Off Times#1983

I use FLEX for kids to sign up to ride a special activity bus. I need them to sign up by 2:30 in the afternoon for a 3:00 departure. If kids sign up after 2:30, it messes everything up. If a teacher signs them up, it messes everything up. I need the availabilty to disappear at a specific time - not one hour before.
