When a student requests a pass to a teacher they can put a comment for why they need or want to come. I would love a way to respond to students to say I’m unavailable or my class is full or to schedule for another time etc.
I am just another SmartPass user, but I believe you can already do this. If you deny the student’s pass request there is an option to just deny or deny and send a message. That option might be hidden in the 3 dots menu, I can’t remember. But I know I have used it in the past.
