Allow for bulk editing/deleting#1861

Please add a feature to bulk delete or edit. I have to click on every Encounter Prevention relationship to delete it (and it’s actually four clicks for every encounter prevention). I would also like to remove all names from “visibility” at once in a room rather than delete each one individually.
