Waiting Room#1849

Have a separate area that student passes can be dragged to when they are waiting at a restroom or after they have left to clear them off the active screen until they return to the classroom and end thier pass. Students who have left an area and are returning to class should be able to be placed into a different screen so that teachers can see if a student is still in line or are done and should be returning to class.
